Grooming, learning about pony care, leading a pony, learning to tack up, even poo-picking….. our riders are relishing the opportunity to simply spend time with their ponies & develop relationships with them.
It may not be riding, but for many it’s just as beneficial and enjoyable.
As well as assisting with sessions, our volunteers have been busy training our ponies in long-reining so we can extend our activities, until we are able to re-start riding
Our ponies are kept busy but occasionally they do have a bit of “downtime”.
