The new year started with a smile from Sasha who was presented with his certificate for the ASDAN Towards Independence Animal Care award. Sasha worked hard to achieve the award answering questions, using worksheets and his computer to learn how to care for a pony and the names of parts of the pony and tack. He worked with our volunteers grooming and tacking up and mucking out the stable. This was topped by showing us how well he can lead and ride Alfie, our new horse, steering and trotting around the school. Well done Sasha a great achievement!
